The budget management and financial aspects of the home will also be in your remit as will the responsibility for delivering all clinical care and the adherence to all CQC regulations and the raising standards of care where necessary. - Experience in Nuclear Implicated Vent Systems would be Desirable.

Main Duties:

- Undertake Designs complying with current legislation to customer requirements;
- Produce supporting documentation including Drawings, Calculations, Scopes of Work, Operation and Maintenance Manuals; &amp;
- Provide Technical Support for existing systems on-site.

Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience:

- ONC or Equivalent in a Mechanical Discipline;
- Suitable Experience in the Design of Mechanical Building Services;
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Familiar with the requirements of the CIBSE Design Guidance;
- Experience of Nuclear implicated designs desirable; &amp;
- Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise with the customer and sub-contractors.
